At RC Heating & Cooling, we go above and beyond on just
about every job and installation we do. Although we try to be
efficient with our time, we also take the time to make sure there
are no loose ends on a job.
Many times we come across a job, where another technician
has either used the wrong size part or has improperly installed a
part. Sometimes this can cause huge problems for a
home-owner. For example, we recently were on a job where we
were installing a new furnace. When taking out the old furnace,
we saw that the drain line had been improperly installed. Instead
of just hooking up the new furnace, we made the repairs to the
drain line to bring it up to code. The customer was not charged
for this repair, nor the time it took to do it. At RC, we do not have
the "yank it out -- slap in the new one" mentality that so many of
our competitors have. We go above and beyond the standard!

the customer for ease in changing their filters.

several classes each year to keep up on the latest technology
and to learn trade procedures to do a better job. We also provide
up-to-date mechanical reading materials for the techs to further
their skills and knowledge.
