Owner, President.
Ross has been in the HVAC field for over 10 years.  He has his Master
Mechanical license which is required for performing heating and
cooling  work in McPherson and is NATE certified.
Ductwork/Tech
Bryan has been bending metal for over 13 years.  He also has his
refrigeration type II license.
Tech
James is the newest employee at RC.  He brings experience from the
HVAC field and is someone you will probably see for a check and
service call.  James has his refrigeration type II license and his
journeyman's license.  He is also NATE (North American Technician
Excellence) certified.
Shopdog
Jack works at RC part-time.  He keeps the shop organized and parts put
on the shelf. He also helps with install work.
Office Manager
Julie brings a wonderful background of organization and managing to RC
Heating & Cooling and is married to Ross. She works with bookkeeping
and various tasks and is the one who usually answers your calls.
